Cancellation & Refund Policies

Hotel :
MarmaraBabil Travel & Tourism Co. guarantees to pay the full amount back in case of a booking cancellation done 21 days ahead of the date of check-in . After 21 days the policy of the hotel will be valid .

Tours :
MarmaraBabil Travel & Tourism Co. guarantees to pay the full amount of the tour back in case of a cancellation done before 21 days ahead of the tour starting date . 60 % is refunded in case of a cancellation done until 7 days ahead of tour starting date . No refund will be paid for any cancellation done after 7 days to the tour starting date .
